Mobile Application & Online Banking Profile Deletion Request

To request removal of your Bank of Greene County Online Banking/mobile app profile and related data, or for questions regarding removal, please contact our Customer Service Center by email or call us at 518-943-2600 option 0.

Upon approval of your request, all data associated with your Bank of Greene County mobile app or Online Banking profile will be deleted and will no longer be available to any party. This will not impact your banking relationship with the Bank of Greene County, and your accounts will maintain their current status.
